Enhancing Essential Oil & Hydrosol Extraction with HKE Resonance Technology
Aquahex essential oil & hydrosol extraction The AquaHex Essential Oil & Hydrosol Extraction System combines botanical steam distillation with HKE Physical Resonance Technology to support the production of essential oils and high-quality hydrosols. Resonance-conditioned water is used to create a stable extraction environment, helping improve contact between water and botanical materials while supporting consistent aroma and hydrosol quality. The system is suitable for herbs and flowers such as rose, lavender, chamomile, calendula, and etc., and is designed for professional botanical, cosmetic, and wellness applications.

HKE Resonance Core — Enhancing the Extraction Process
The HKE Resonance Core is positioned inside the distillation chamber where it continuously interacts with the boiling water and botanical material. Through HKE HKE Resonance CorePhysical Resonance Technology, the core is designed to influence the physical condition of the water, supporting smaller and more stable water clusters, improved wetting, and more efficient contact with plant material.

As the water boils, continuous convection and agitation circulate resonance-conditioned water around the herbs or flowers. This can help water penetrate botanical tissues more effectively, supporting the release and transfer of water-soluble aromatic compounds into the steam phase. The enriched steam then rises through the distillation column, where it is condensed into essential oil and hydrosol.

Test Results and Interpretation
Hydrosol Test Report, distilled by HKE resonance TechnologyAs a practical example, Damask Rose Hydrosol was independently analyzed by Fuda Analytical Testing Group. The report recorded an O¹⁷ NMR half-peak width of 50.75 Hz, together with a pH value of 4.38, demonstrating measurable physical characteristics in the finished hydrosol.

According to literature reports, water with a half-peak width of less than 100 Hertz consists of each water molecule cluster comprising 5 ~ 7 water molecules, known as small molecule clusters or micro-molecule clusters of water.

Micro-molecule clusters of water exhibit strong activation, fast movement speed, high oxygen content in water, strong permeability, strong dissolution power, strong diffusion force, strong metabolic capacity, promote cell growth and development, and maintain the vitality of cells.

From botanical extraction to finished hydrosol, AquaHex brings physical resonance technology into the entire water-based extraction process.
